The Session
The session typically looks at a scenario and the scenario is broken down into scenes. These scenes all carry ‘weight’ to explore human behavior and ‘punch’ so your people identify with the characters portrayed. Whether they be emotional or humorous they are always portrayed as close to ‘real’ as possible.
The scenes cover ‘particular aspects’ of key behaviours that a client seeks to address which are typical within their organisation. Facilitated by a Trainer and using professional actor / role-players the scenes reflect those differing behavioural types for the audience to observe.
Individual stories start to unfold, and we witness how these attitudes and behaviours create the workplace culture, be that the wrong or right ones.

We work all over the UK delivering training, presentations and events spanning anything from 1 day to multiple days over many months. Audiences can range from 20 to 2000.
